Who to contact
JW Growth & Design is responsible for the information covered by this notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact us Woodbridge at info@jwgrowthanddesign.com.
Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, business or website details, message and any information you choose to share about a project. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through ordinary enquiry forms.
How the information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss the work you request, prepare proposals and administer agreed website services and support. Appropriate records may also be needed for business administration, resolving disputes and applicable legal obligations.
The relevant legal basis depends on the purpose: this may include taking steps you request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating the business and handling enquiries, or consent where required. You can ask about the basis used for your information and object to direct marketing.
Website and communication providers
The website uses GitHub Pages for hosting and deployment. Website forms use Web3Forms to handle submissions. Email correspondence is handled through Gmail. WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp, where that provider's terms and privacy information apply. Providers may process operational information needed to deliver their services.
We use relevant service providers for hosting, communications, enquiry handling and business administration where needed. Some providers operate internationally; information about their processing and applicable transfer safeguards can be requested. We do not publish your enquiry details on the website.
Analytics, fonts and cookies
The website implementation includes Google Analytics and fonts supplied by Google. Depending on configuration and use, these services can process information such as device/browser details, IP addresses, page activity, identifiers and cookies or similar technologies.
This notice explains processing; it is not a cookie-consent mechanism. Any consent or preference controls required for the actual configuration must operate separately. Browser cookie settings can provide additional controls but are not a substitute for consent where the law requires it.
For questions about the current analytics configuration or your choices, contact us using the address above.
Keeping information
Retention depends on why the information is needed, whether an enquiry or project remains active, support and dispute-handling needs, and applicable legal record-keeping obligations. We review information against those purposes and should not retain it longer than necessary. Ask us for the criteria relevant to your enquiry or project.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, object, or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us to make a request.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Linked client, booking, social and other third-party websites have their own privacy arrangements. This notice may be updated when the website or its processing changes; the update date is shown above.
